My top 5 Gymshark pieces for lifting

If I had to start the wardrobe over tomorrow with a Gymshark gift card, this is the order I'd buy in.

1. Vital Seamless Tank

The piece I reach for most. The seamless construction means no chafing on warm-up sets, the cut works whether you're built or building, and the SS26 colors are some of the cleanest Gymshark has dropped in years. See current Vital Tank colors →

2. Vital Seamless T-Shirt

Same fabric, sleeves on. My default for pull days when I want a little more coverage. Sizing tip below.

3. Apex 7" Shorts

The shorts I reach for on leg days. The 7" inseam is the sweet spot — long enough to hide a quad pump, short enough not to bunch on hack squats. Run true to size; the waistband holds without a draw.

4. Crest Pullover Hoodie

The between-sets layer that's outlived three sizes of mine. Heavy enough to wear cold, slim enough not to look like a tent over a tank. I size up one for the body length.

5. Studio Joggers

Not the loudest pant in the lineup, but the most-worn in mine. Tapered enough to look intentional, loose enough to actually train in. The pocket placement is the only thing I'd change.
